Embroidery is suitable for runs of 12 units and over. We use the latest embroidery machines and specialise in embroidering on centre seam baseball caps as well as 'flat' garments. Embroidery is charged based on the number of stitches in a design not on the number of colours used. The set up charge is for creating your design in a computerized format and is therefore only charged the first time we set up a design.

Letterhead, your own hand drawn design, website etc. Very easy!
This is fabric embroidered and stitched to a garment around the outline of the design shape usually to save filling areas with stitches. This gives substantial savings in some cases on the embroidery cost but additional charges apply for laser cutting of your design.

This is a very new process that we are able to offer you. It combines the longevity of screen printing with the added bonus of not having to produce screens. This results in cheaper set up costs, so it is particularly useful for complicated, full colour designs including those with integrated full colour photographs.
